Hannah Rogawski, LCSW
Hannah Rogawski’s philosophy is a belief that therapy is both an art and a science, and that every individual is unique.
She works to help patients to develop their coping skills to co-exist and thrive with complicated emotions. She partners with patients to help them develop practical tools to manage emotions, to feel better, and to overcome barriers which prevent them from achieving their personal goals.
Hannah specializes in working with individuals who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, perfectionism and self-esteem, emotion regulation, and work-life balance.
She is a psychodynamic therapist and uses a combination of evidence-based modalities, including mindfulness, DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and insight-oriented therapy.
She will be joining the Whole Body Psychiatry Team in August after finishing her yoga teacher training, bringing both individual, family, couples, and group therapy to the practice!
